• We ship from the east coast of the United States of America.
• Free shipping is provided on orders with a minimum of $60USD

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

• STARTS AT $8USD, BASED ON WEIGHT.

Your package take 3-5 weeks to arrive based on the destination and processing time through customs.

All international orders may be subjected to tax based on country of residence. International buyers are responsible for any taxes, customs and fees that may apply to their country. ****

• order number
• image of the package as received
• date of the order

to ensure we can serve you effectively.

We will try our best to come up with a solution with you to ensure you are satisfied with our shop. Partial refunds may be sent for defective items. 

Unless the wrong item was sent, there will be no exchanges or returns.** Any damage caused upon the product by the receiver will not qualify for a refund. We are not responsible for manufacturing defects as squishies are sold as they are received from the supplier.
